Your Stay & Reservations
Every person camping in your group is required to Join RISE.
Reserve your campsite at least 48 hours in advance.
You may request which campsite you prefer. Every effort will be taken to secure your requested site if available.
R1, R2, R3, and R4 are fully ADA-compliant. R5’s pad is ADA-compliant but is not wheelchair accessible getting to the site.
RISE campsites are free to all physically disabled participants and their groups. If you reserve a campsite and there is no physically disabled person attending the entire stay, you will be asked to leave immediately, and a fine of $250 per night may be imposed.
RISE Campsites are for Overnight camping and may not be reserved for Day-Use.

We want to ensure that all campers have a fun and safe experience. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our guidelines.

For non-emergency after-hours assistance, please reach out to the Grapevine Police Department at 817-410-8127. In case of an emergency, dial 911.
Check-In & Reservations
Wristbands: All RISE campers will receive a wristband, which should be worn for the duration of your stay.
Age Requirements: Campers must be 21 or older, accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or with an approved adult sponsor for group reservations.
Check-In Time: To ensure smooth entry, please arrive before the nightly gate closure, which occurs 30 minutes before sunset. If you plan to arrive after, contact RISE to get a gate code, as entry will not be possible until the next day.
Reservation Confirmation: Submit the required information prior to your arrival to confirm your reservation.
Stay Limits: Campers may enjoy a maximum stay of five (5) nights. After your stay, a 14-day break is required before making a new reservation.
Re-Entry: When returning to the park, please stop by the Gatehouse and display your camper pass.
Campsite Guidelines
Cleanliness: Help us maintain a great environment by leaving your campsite clean and removing all equipment and litter before departure.
Reservation Adjustments: RISE management may adjust reservations or site assignments when necessary.
Guest Responsibility: The reserving guest is responsible for ensuring that all members of their party follow the park rules.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please notify RISE Adaptive Sports via links on your email notifications, or reach out to us by email, text, or phone. Failure to provide notice may affect your access to future opportunities with RISE.
Occupancy & Setup
Overnight Stay: Each campsite may accommodate up to eight (8) individuals.
Guests: A maximum of 10 people, including visitors, are permitted at a campsite. All non-registered overnight guests must leave by closing time.
Tents & Canopies: Each campsite may have up to two (2) tents or canopies. To keep the grass healthy, tents set up on grass should be relocated every 72 hours.
Vehicles & Parking
Please drive safely and observe posted speed limits.
Each campsite allows up to two (2) vehicles, including trailers.
To preserve the park, please do not drive or park on the grass inside the campground. Park off the road next to the white rocks adjacent to your site.
Display your Camping Pass at all times while in the park.
Sanitation & Waste Disposal
Trash and recycling dumpsters are available throughout the park. If one is full, please use another nearby.
We appreciate your help in keeping the park clean by sorting and disposing of waste properly.
Please do not place campsite trash in receptacles at the RISE Beach or RISE Pavilion.
Pets
Up to two (2) pets are welcome per campsite.
Pets must always be leashed and cleaned up after.
Pet pens (up to 10’ x 10’) are allowed.
Pets may not be left unattended and are not permitted in certain areas, including playgrounds, the RISE dock, and swim beaches.
Fires & Cooking
Campfires are welcome in designated fire rings only.
Please ensure all fires are fully extinguished at the end of the night.
For your convenience, please bring your own firewood or charcoal, as collecting wood from the park is not allowed.
Alcohol
Alcohol is allowed only at your campsite.
Glass containers are not allowed anywhere in the park, including campsites.
For safety reasons, alcohol is not permitted at the RISE water sports park, boat ramp, playground, or park roadways.
Respect for Property & Safety
Please report any maintenance issues or damages to RISE or the Gatehouse so we can address them promptly.
Any damages, whether accidental or intentional, may require repair or replacement at the camper’s expense.
Children’s Safety
Drive carefully and watch for children at play.
Children must be supervised in all dock areas, swim beaches, and playgrounds.
Kids under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times in tents, buildings, or campsites.
Beach & Water Access
The RISE Beach is reserved exclusively for RISE guests.
Swimming is at your own risk. Fishing from the beach is not allowed from May 15 – Sept 15.
Boats are not allowed to pull up on the beach.
For everyone’s safety, pets, glass, and fires are not permitted on the beach.
The buoyed area is for RISE Adaptive Sports guests only—please keep boats outside this area.
Dock Use
The RISE dock is reserved for RISE guests only.
Fishing from the dock is not permitted from May 15 – Sept 15.
Please stay off boats and equipment unless authorized.
Personal boats may not be tied to the RISE Dock.
Day Use Area
The Meadowmere Park day-use area closes at sunset for all visitors and campers.
Tents are not allowed in the day-use area.
Please refrain from driving or parking on the grass.
Personal Items & Lost & Found
RISE Adaptive Sports and Meadowmere Park are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If you lose something, please report it to the Gatehouse. Found items are held for 30 days.
Prohibited Items
For everyone’s safety, the following items are not permitted in the park:
🚫 Portable or inflatable pools
🚫 Fireworks, flares, or firearms
🚫 Bows & arrows or paintball guns
🚫 Golf carts, ATVs, or dirt bikes
Respect for Staff Areas
The resident park staff area is a restricted zone. Please respect their space by staying at least 50 feet away from staff RV sites.
